Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get the same result as I would on a real device?

slashB simulates the screen size and user agent of each device, so the results should be the same as what you would see on a real device.

However, slashB cannot simulate different browser rendering engines, so there might be some minor differences when testing on a real device.

What browser engine uses slashB to render web pages?

slashB uses Chromium 80 to render web pages.

Can I try slashB before buying it?

Yes, you can download slashB and try it for 30 days for free, without feature restrictions. A credit/debit card is not needed to start the trial.

After the trial is expired, if you wish to continue using the application, you will need to buy a license.

Where can I buy a license?

The license can be bought inside the app, from the welcome screen or from the application menu.

Where can I find my license code?

After a successful purchase, you get an email from Paddle with the receipt and your unique license code. Make sure to also check your Spam folder.

I already have a license, can I use it on another device?

Sure! When starting the app on the new device, you can activate slashB by using your existing license.

NOTE: A license can be used on a maximum of 3 devices.

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds at the moment.
